Description

A delightful side dish that packs a crunchy, flavorful punch, perfect for barbecues and picnics.


Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrots.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots and toss until well coated.
