Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease four ramekins.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips, heating until smooth.
  3. Stir in the powdered sugar until well mixed, then add the eggs and egg yolks, mixing until smooth.
  4. Fold in the flour and salt until just combined, then divide the batter among the prepared ramekins.
  5. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until edges are firm but centers remain soft. Let cool for 1 minute before inverting onto plates.
