- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thickness. Mix broccoli, shredded cheese, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Cut puff pastry into 4×4 inch squares. Spoon the broccoli mixture onto the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to create a triangle, seal edges with a fork, and brush with beaten egg. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Best served warm with a dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze before baking for up to 2 months.
