- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading evenly. If you like, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
