Delightful and healthy berry crumble cups made with oats and almond flour, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, brown sugar, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Press the oat mixture firmly into the bottom of a muffin tin to create cups.
  4. Add a layer of mixed berries into each oat cup. Then, bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Let the cups cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before gently removing them.

Notes

These cups can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature. Serve with Greek yogurt or honey for an extra touch.
