Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup colorful M&M’s
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream together the softened butter and white sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Gently stir in the colorful M&M’s and white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on wire racks.
