A delectable no-bake dessert combining creamy chocolate, crunchy biscuits, and chewy coconut, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 200g chocolate (dark or milk)
  • 100g butter
  • 1 cup crushed biscuits
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Begin by melting the chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth and combined.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and mix in the crushed biscuits, desiccated coconut, and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
  3. Pour in the condensed milk gradually and stir until all the ingredients are well combined, ensuring a thick, smooth mixture.
  4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the chocolate mixture into it. Press it down evenly to ensure it sets properly. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours until the mixture is firm. Once set, cut into individual bars and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for longer shelf life.
