- 200g chocolate (dark or milk)
- 100g butter
- 1 cup crushed biscuits
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
Instructions
- Begin by melting the chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth and combined.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and mix in the crushed biscuits, desiccated coconut, and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
- Pour in the condensed milk gradually and stir until all the ingredients are well combined, ensuring a thick, smooth mixture.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the chocolate mixture into it. Press it down evenly to ensure it sets properly. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours until the mixture is firm. Once set, cut into individual bars and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for longer shelf life.
