Description

A refreshing and tropical Dole Whip made using the Ninja Creami, perfect for summer gatherings or a quick sweet snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 cups canned pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice (use from canned pineapple)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, and milk. Blend on high until fully blended and creamy. Alternatively, use an immersion blender directly in the Ninja Creami pint container.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, secure the lid, and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. After 24 hours, place the pint in the Ninja Creami machine. Attach the lid and select the ‘sorbet’ setting.
  4. If the mixture appears crumbly, re-spin two more times. Add a splash of milk if needed for a creamier texture.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best texture; store any leftovers tightly covered in the freezer for up to a week.
