- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water. Drain and cool.
- Combine cooled pasta, diced dill pickles, chopped bacon, and finely chopped red onion in a large bowl. Stir gently.
- Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until combined. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Notes
For a lighter version, use turkey bacon. Adjust pickles and onions as preferred. If too thick after chilling, add pickle juice or milk to loosen.
