Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup flour (whole wheat or all-purpose)
- Optional: nuts or seeds for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, oats, eggs, and honey or maple syrup until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle nuts or seeds on top if desired.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool before slicing.
