- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Begin by washing and slicing the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Gently stir together the sliced strawberries, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the bowl with the strawberries and other ingredients. Fold gently until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with extra pecans or whipped topping for garnish. Can be made a day in advance.
