Description

Rich and fudgy brownies combined with fresh raspberries for a delightful dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries and chocolate chips, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool before slicing into squares and serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Pairs well with whipped cream or ice cream.
