A refreshing and creamy sorbet made with ripe mangoes and coconut milk, perfect for hot summer days.

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar or sweetener of choice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- Start by peeling and dicing the mangoes.
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, coconut milk, sugar (or your preferred sweetener), and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mango mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.
- Freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to prevent ice crystals from forming. Once fully frozen, scoop into bowls and enjoy!
Notes
For a tropical twist, try adding a splash of rum or using pineapple instead of mango.
