Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Sliced cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the pot roast in the crockpot.
  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper into the crockpot. Stir to combine.
