  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup pasta (like penne or rotini)
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. In a Crock Pot, combine chicken breasts, heavy cream, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
  2. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper.
