- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry and pound them to a uniform 3/4-inch thickness.
- In the first dish, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In the second dish, place the beaten eggs, and in the third dish, add the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip into the eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Sprinkle feta over the chicken, transfer skillet to the oven, and bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
- Drizzle hot honey over the chicken and garnish with parsley. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
