Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking, or heat oil in a frying pan if frying.
- For baking, spread the mixture onto a baking sheet, shaping into chip-sized rounds, and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy. For frying, drop spoonfuls into hot oil, frying until golden.
