Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking, or heat oil in a frying pan if frying.
  3. For baking, spread the mixture onto a baking sheet, shaping into chip-sized rounds, and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy. For frying, drop spoonfuls into hot oil, frying until golden.
