Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, and milk until smooth.
- Add the melted butter, salt, and sugar (if using) to the bowl, mixing until well combined. Let batter rest for about 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, lightly greased. Pour a small amount of batter (about 1/4 cup), swirling to coat. Cook until edges lift and bottom is golden, about 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for an additional minute.
- Repeat with remaining batter, stacking crepes on a plate. Serve warm with desired fillings or toppings.
