Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- Boil the shrimp in salted water for 2-3 minutes until cooked, then drain and cool.
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled shrimp, celery, red onion, and parsley to the dressing and mix well.
- Serve the salad on a bed of lettuce leaves.
Notes
This salad tastes best when served chilled and can be garnished with lemon wedges and extra parsley.
