Description

A creamy, guilt-free protein ice cream that’s easy to make and customize, perfect for a sweet treat without the added sugars.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1 ripe banana or 1/2 cup of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine protein powder, milk, banana or yogurt, sweetener (if using), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  3. If you prefer a thicker texture, add ice cubes and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Pour the mixture into the Ninja CreamiX and freeze according to the machine instructions.
  5. Serve immediately for a soft, creamy treat or store in the freezer for later enjoyment.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for sweetness and adjust sweetener based on taste. Experiment with different protein powders for varied flavors.
