Ingredients

- 200g pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper, then toss in the cooked pasta until coated in the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, you can mix in sautéed vegetables or grilled chicken. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
