- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and let rest before slicing.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and thickened.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and toss to coat. Add sliced chicken on top and fold together.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with a sprinkle of additional Parmesan cheese or crushed red pepper flakes.
