Description

A delightful dish combining tender chicken with rich cream and aromatic garlic served over perfectly cooked pasta.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and thickened.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and toss to coat. Add sliced chicken on top and fold together.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with a sprinkle of additional Parmesan cheese or crushed red pepper flakes.
