- 1 lb steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), sliced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Sear the sliced steak in the skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Create the sauce by stirring in heavy cream and beef broth, then add smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Simmer and let the mixture thicken for about 3-5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet and toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
