  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Sear the sliced steak in the skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Create the sauce by stirring in heavy cream and beef broth, then add smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  5. Simmer and let the mixture thicken for about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet and toss to combine.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
