Description

A delightful dish that combines tender steak and creamy sauce with perfect pasta for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb steak (ribeye or flank steak)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove from the pan and let it rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, then add the sliced steak. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve garnished with chopped parsley for that fresh touch.

Notes

Pair with a light side salad or crusty bread for a complete meal. For extra flavor, marinate the steak beforehand, and you may adjust the sauce thickness with cream or reserved pasta water.
