Description
A delightful dish that combines tender steak and creamy sauce with perfect pasta for a hearty meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb steak (ribeye or flank steak)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove from the pan and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, then add the sliced steak. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley for that fresh touch.
Notes
Pair with a light side salad or crusty bread for a complete meal. For extra flavor, marinate the steak beforehand, and you may adjust the sauce thickness with cream or reserved pasta water.
