Instructions
- In a blender, combine the banana, almond milk, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt if using. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pause to scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is well mixed.
- If desired, add ice cubes to thicken and blend again until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately, garnishing with cocoa powder or banana slices if desired.
Notes
Use a ripe banana for maximum sweetness and creaminess. For a vegan option, use plant-based milk and maple syrup. Adjust cocoa powder based on your taste preference.
