- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
- Toss the cooked tortellini in the skillet, mixing well to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
For a lighter version, consider using half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Keep stirring to ensure the cheese doesn’t clump during melting.
