Description
A delightful side dish combining the subtle sweetness of cauliflower with rich butter and aromatic garlic.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until tender. Drain the cauliflower and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cooked cauliflower to the pot and gently toss to coat it in the garlic butter sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Ensure the cauliflower is cut into uniform florets for even cooking. For a kick of heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes along with the garlic.
