Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until tender. Drain the cauliflower and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the cooked cauliflower to the pot and gently toss to coat it in the garlic butter sauce.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Ensure the cauliflower is cut into uniform florets for even cooking. For a kick of heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes along with the garlic.
