- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the softened cream cheese, cranberry sauce, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
- Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into triangles.
- Place a generous spoonful of the cranberry cream cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up the dough tightly starting from the wide end.
- Arrange the rolled bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the bites with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze unbaked bites for up to 2 months.
