A deliciously indulgent breakfast casserole combining sausage, bacon, cheese, and hash browns, perfect for brunch or family gatherings.

- 1 pound (450g) pork sausage
- 1 pound (450g) bacon, chopped
- 4 ounces (113g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup (120g) sour cream
- 2 cups (200g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package (30 oz) frozen hash browns
- 1 ranch dressing mix packet
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage and bacon over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, and eggs until smooth.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the frozen hash browns, cooked sausage and bacon, and top with cheddar cheese. Pour the cream cheese mixture over and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Perfect for brunch gatherings!
