- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bite-size chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Push cooked chicken to one side of the skillet. Add butter and let it melt. Stir in minced garlic and ranch seasoning mix, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the skillet. Toss to coat and cook until broccoli is tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes. Add cooked pasta and toss all ingredients together. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and chives until evenly distributed. Adjust seasoning as desired and serve hot.
