- 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a pie or quiche dish.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, chopped spinach, eggs, milk, grated cheese, and onion until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the greased dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, until set and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
