- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup almond flour (or any flour of choice)
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, almond flour, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Spread it out into a circular shape to form the crust and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite toppings. Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes to melt the toppings and heat through.
Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese for better texture. Don’t skip parchment paper for easy removal and clean-up.
