Instructions
- Mix together the cottage cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, green onions, and cheese if using. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Shape the mixture into even patties, about half an inch thick.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, then carefully place the patties in the skillet.
- Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
