Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure the cottage cheese is well-drained if it’s from a larger container.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend together the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, and sugar until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  3. In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute or two until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm, topped with your favorite syrup, fruits, or yogurt.
