Instructions
- Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure the cottage cheese is well-drained if it’s from a larger container.
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, and sugar until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute or two until golden brown.
- Serve warm, topped with your favorite syrup, fruits, or yogurt.
