Cottage Cheese Brownies

Description

Delicious brownies made with cottage cheese for added protein and moisture.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. If using, fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before cutting.

Notes

Enjoy on their own, or with vanilla ice cream, powdered sugar, or a drizzle of chocolate.
