Delicious brownies made with cottage cheese for added protein and moisture.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- If using, fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before cutting.
Notes
Enjoy on their own, or with vanilla ice cream, powdered sugar, or a drizzle of chocolate.
