- 8 oz Pastrami
- 1 cup Sauerkraut
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup Russian dressing
- 4 slices Rye bread
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of rye bread.
- Layer pastrami, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing on the unbuttered side.
- Top with another slice of rye bread, buttered side up.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
