Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
 - In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into bits.
 - Melt the butter in the same skillet over medium heat, add flour, and stir for about a minute.
 - Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
 - Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
 - Fold in the cooked macaroni and crumbled bacon, and serve hot.
