Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Bring to a boil, then add the elbow macaroni.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. If desired, top with shredded cheddar cheese before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze for up to 3 months. You can customize with different pasta shapes or add vegetables.
