  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, Earl Grey tea, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and milk to the creamed mixture and beat until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  6. Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and centers remain soft.
