Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined. Pour this wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan. In a small bowl, combine the remaining sugar with ground cinnamon for the topping, then sprinkle it generously over the batter.
