- 2 cups of grapes, halved
- 2 apples, diced
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup of yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the halved grapes, diced apples, chopped celery, and walnuts. Toss them gently to ensure they mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt (or sour cream), honey, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and nut mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Avoid adding dressing too early to maintain crispness.
