Description

A refreshing salad that combines apples, grapes, and a hint of cinnamon, making it an ideal side dish or light dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of grapes, halved
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the halved grapes, diced apples, chopped celery, and walnuts. Toss them gently to ensure they mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt (or sour cream), honey, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and nut mixture and toss gently to coat.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Avoid adding dressing too early to maintain crispness.
