Festive brownie bars with layers of graham crackers, chocolate, coconut, and sweetened condensed milk, perfect for holiday gatherings.

- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour it into the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs, then sprinkle this mixture over the brownie layer.
- Layer the chocolate chips and shredded coconut on top of the graham cracker crumbs. If using, add the chopped nuts as well.
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
Serve at room temperature. Great for holiday gatherings, can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days at room temperature or a week in the refrigerator.
