- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Heat until warm and combined.
- Toss baked meatballs in the warm cranberry glaze.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
