Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Heat until warm and combined.
  6. Toss baked meatballs in the warm cranberry glaze.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer.
