A delightful and healthy treat that combines strawberries with creamy Greek yogurt, all wrapped in rich chocolate.

- 1.5 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat recommended)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh, hulled and sliced)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Start by preparing your strawberries. Hull them and slice them into 1/4-inch rounds.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- In a heat-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
- Take a silicone mold or ice cube tray and add a spoonful of yogurt mixture to each compartment. Place a strawberry slice on top and cover with more yogurt. Freeze for about an hour.
- Dip each yogurt bite in the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray to set.

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
