Ingredients

  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup plain, unsweetened vegan yogurt
  • 1/2 cup plain, unsweetened soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and prepare your blender. If using a fresh banana, peel and slice it.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries, banana, yogurt, soy milk, cocoa powder, and maple syrup into the blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth, adding more soy milk if necessary for desired consistency.
  4. Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

For a creamier smoothie, use ripe bananas. You can substitute almond or oat milk for soy milk if preferred.
