Instructions
- In a blender, combine rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, banana, eggs, milk, baking powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm with toppings like chocolate chips, syrup, or fresh fruit.
