Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas and freeze them for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, cocoa powder, peanut butter, protein powder, vanilla extract, almond milk, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend the mixture on high until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for another 1-2 hours to firm up.
  5. Scoop out the ice cream and serve immediately.
