Delightful and easy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars with a creamy topping, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Press the dough into the prepared baking pan evenly.
  7. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top of the dough.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  9. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
