Ingredients

- 2 cups pretzel sticks, crushed
- 1 cup caramel candies
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Crush the pretzel sticks and spread them evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a saucepan, combine caramel candies, brewed coffee, unsalted butter, brown sugar, and salt. Heat over low-medium heat, stirring frequently until melted and smooth. Pour over the pretzels.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the caramel layer and bake for 10-12 minutes until the chocolate is melted.
- Allow to cool completely, then slice into squares.
Notes
For best flavor, serve at room temperature. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days.
