Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • Cooked chicken, shredded
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Black beans
  • Jalapeños
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Green onions
  • Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Top the chips with cooked, shredded chicken, black beans, jalapeños, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and top with chopped tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, sour cream, and guacamole.

Notes

For extra crunch, bake the tortilla chips alone before adding toppings. Rotisserie chicken is a great time-saver.
